Personality: Canti has a human-ish personality, despite his robotic nature. Blue-mode Canti is a quiet guy (especially considering he can't actually talk). In this form, Canti is incapable of battle, and avoids violence. He's easygoing in that he does not respond to being shouted at or hit. Hitting him is a lesson in futility, as he won't really react and you'll probably hurt your hand. He is obedient and seems to enjoy household chores(and isn't very good at much else). At least, he doesn't complain. He tries to help people out, whether he is playing baseball or working as a crossing guard. He'll obediently try do what people ask him to, even if he doesn't fully understand the request. He spends his spare time (what little he has) trying to repair his head, which Haruko broke with her bass guitar when she first met him. His broken head embarrasses him, so he hides it with a cardboard box. He is polite to others, even helping those who have attacked him. He seems to enjoy reading porn, which he gets at the local convenience store, often for Naota's grandfather. He's an all-around decent, shy, quiet guy.
Canti can be foolish, but he's a really good person(robot?). He is always willing to drop everything for someone else. He's very self-sacrificing that way. He runs errands, joins sports teams, and even fights giant space robots and aliens, all for the sake of others. He is actually more willing to serve others than to do anything for himself, and only works on his head repairs when no one else has anything to do. He is his last priority.
Canti also has a red mode, which is primarily used for battle throughout the series. Though he first appeared in red mode, after Haruko smashed his head it can only be achieved through the use of a catalyst(Naota). When red, Canti becomes a manifestation of Atomsk, the ultimate space pirate and master of N.O. power, capable of stealing the galaxies themselves!... who is also a giant bird and the target of Haruko (it's complicated). Red mode Canti is less obedient and more serious, but still very self-sacrificing and easily embarrassed. He becomes stronger and faster, and can transform into a gun(which fires Naota in big boomerang arcs).
Canti never talks. He only ever communicates through body language or printing images or text on his screen/face. He does eat some curry in episode 3, though, so he has some form of mouth in his grille, though this is never explained and he is never shown to need food or have any preference for one kind or another.
Strengths:
PHYSICAL: Canti is strong and tough. He's made of metal, so he is naturally hard to destroy. He's good at baseball (episode 4), and can fly, which he does in both blue and red mode. He has incredible strength, especially in red mode, where he can destroy robots much larger than himself.
EMOTIONAL: Canti is calm and easygoing. He doesn't get angry if you shout at him or hit him. He likes to please others, and is very friendly and helpful towards everyone. He tries to satisfy others as much as he can.
INTELLECTUAL: Though this is not explored as much in the anime, Canti appears pretty intelligent. He knows a lot about a lot of things, and can do a variety of tasks, from vacuuming to working as a crossing guard. He is adaptive and can deal with any situation, up to being mistaken for a god.
Weaknesses:
PHYSICAL: Canti spends most of his time in blue mode, and is incapable of combat in this form, despite his strength. He can be clumsy, and he is very tall, so it can be hard for him to fit in places, though he does fine in a normal home. His broken head embarasses him. He can't talk at all.
EMOTIONAL: Canti is easily embarassed and somewhat shy. He can get confused or misled, and is easily manipulated because he likes helping others too much.
INTELLECTUAL: He's no whiz; Canti's head is broken, and he thinks he can fix it with glue! He makes bad judgment calls, and does some things incredibly foolishly. He can have memory issues(like forgetting what volume of a "perverted magazine" to bring home), though this is more absent-mindedness than amnesia. He's easily distracted, and will stop whatever he's doing to help others.

First Person: Q&A, please?
Third Person: Luceti is a strange place. Not necessarily a bad one, but most definitely strange. Canti had been here a while, and no one had stared or asked questions since he arrived. It was almost disconcerting.
Picking up a basket of clean but wet laundry, Canti stepped outside, ducking his head under the door. He didn't wear clothes, of course, except for his jacket, but his housemates did, and he was sure they would appreciate his hanging them up to dry. The weather was cool, but the wind was brisk, even though dawn was hours away. Though the clothes wouldn't dry without the sun, doing this chore now would give him some free time before the others woke up. As he pinned a shirt on the eye level lines, the wind stirred his feathers.
Ah yes, his wings. Admittedly, that had been more shocking then waking up in a new place(at least he didn't come through someone's forehead this time... that he knew of). At first, he thought they were the ones Haruko had insisted he wear back home, but no, these were real. And sensitive-- he was still getting used to them, and had bumped them once or twice. They hurt more than the back of his head. Speaking of which... After all the clothes were hung on the line and flapping in the spring breeze, Canti reentered the house. His housemates were still asleep as he stepped up the stairs, surprisingly quiet despite his weight. He slipped into his room, latching the door behind him before checking his kit. He was grateful the malnosso had brought the pieces he had already gathered with him to Luceti, otherwise he could never have made progress on his repairs. Fishing out the box he kept the parts in and the superglue, he sat down to work.
Hugging, Cuddling, and/or Kissing? Hugging, sure. Cuddling, don't expect much response. Kissing... why? He will never instigate it, and will get flustered if you do. It's fine, but don't expect much.
Romance? Unlikely, to say the least. He doesn't reciprocate on that kind of thing.
Sex? ... No matter how phallic his gun form is, he doesn't have the equipment for it. So no.
Fighting? Without a partner, he can't fight back. You can attack him, but Canti can't do anything about it unless he's in red mode. Feel free to attack him, though. He's plenty sturdy.
Injuries? Fine, contact me first.
Death? Maybe. Once again, contact me first.
Things Not To Mention? He's touchy about his head.
Threads? If it's personal, ask me. I don't usually mind threadjacking, though.
Backtagging? Fine by me, but please don't drag it back too far, especially if the plot has developed since.
